Lisa A. Sellers, APRN, MSN, FNP-C, CDP, and her practice, True Lily Health Solutions LLC is a dedicated healthcare practice spanning over two decades. Her diverse knowledge stems from General and Vascular Surgery, developing expertise in patient care and surgical assistance; and evolving into mentoring nursing students and working in home healthcare.
Continuing education developed Lisa’s skills creating employee health programs and receiving high awards and accreditations through the Visiting Nursing Association (VNA). This role also moved her over to the Cleveland Clinic focusing on acute care and pulmonary medicine.
Lisa returned to the VNA to lead home health services, advocating for high-risk patients by addressing gaps in care, particularly in advanced care planning. Inspired by her experiences, Lisa founded True Lily Health Solutions LLC, an in-home and telehealth practice dedicated to providing holistic, patient-centered care.
